Warranties and Liability: In no event shall Ace Hobbies LLC, our officers, employees, agents or subcontractors, be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal theory for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or any other form of damages, any and all of which are hereby excluded, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether any party or any entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

International Sales: We routinely sell and ship to most countries, but we reserve the right to decline to sell or ship any item for export to any country. We limit the countries that we ship to including Libya, North Korea, Turkey, Israel, Iran, Italy, and Vietnam. If we believe that any of the following apply, we will not sell or ship an item for export:

• An export permit from the United States government is required.
• It would be illegal under the laws of the United States or the destination country.
• There is an unacceptable risk that the item will not reach the addressee.
• Any form of payment maybe denied if there is an indication of fraud. PayPal payments that are Unverified and/or have an Unconfirmed shipping address will not be accepted. Some countries due to privacy laws do not allow PayPal to have confirmed addresses. While this is beyond the consumers control, none the less we do not accept these payments.

Under no circumstance would Ace Hobbies LLC be held liable for any duty or custom monies that maybe required for entry into the receiving country. If you are unsure of your duty taxes, contact your country's Customs authority.

Lithium batteries can be shipped internationally through Fed Ex only. USPS effective May 16, 2012 will no longer accept lithium batteries for international shipping. This includes Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
