Refund and Return Policy: Money Back Guarantee on unopened items within 7 days. Store credit for unopened returns within 30 days. Before you return an item, you must e-mail us with a description of the problem, you must follow any instructions that we provide in response to your e-mail, and you must obtain our approval to return the item. If you return an item to us, you must meet all of the requirements listed below to be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund of the item price:
- Complete the RMA Request Form
- Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration.
- Include all packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.
- Include a copy of our invoice for the item.
- Pack the item for damage-free return shipping as if it is brand new and perfect, even if you believe that the product is defective.
- You must pay the cost to ship the item back to us.
- This return policy does not apply to Clearance Items, Discontinued items, or model changes stated by the manufacturer.
